Shipping cost Mainland UK

Free Shipping is offered on all orders in mainland UK over the value of £30, excluding orders containing wax.

Orders under the value of £30 or that include wax are charged £6.49 for shipping.

We use DHL and/or Amazon Shipping for our website deliveries.

Shipping cost Northern Ireland & Highlands

Free Shipping is offered on all orders to Northern Ireland & Highlands over the value of £100, excluding orders containing wax.

Orders to Northern Ireland & Highlands under the value of £100 or that include wax are charged £14.28 shipping. Shipping is repeated per each additional quantities of wax.

We use DHL and/or Amazon Shipping for our website deliveries.

Shipping EU

VAT is not collected by us on sales outside of the UK. Orders to EU countries will incur custom charges, these are the responsibility of the customer.

These will need to be paid before the shipping company delivery your package.

Orders returned to us due to failure to pay custom charges will be refunded minus our shipping and incurred return costs.

Local Collection

Local collection is available at our address in Basildon. We do not offer same day collection, you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

When does my order arrive?

We strive to make and ship all orders as quickly as possible, normal turnaround time is 1-3 business days. Turnaround times may increase after large sales or holidays.

Orders are dispatched on working days only, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

When we dispatch your order you will be sent an email confirmation including tracking details where applicable. If you receive this email on a public holiday/weekend this means your order will be collected from us on the next working day. No parcels are collected from us at weekends or public holidays.

We do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery service, we can not guarantee that an item will arrive at a certain time or date.

We do not offer compensation for orders that you may consider “late” or “delayed” once in the postal system, at certain times of the year or during postal strikes delivery times may be affected this is out of our control.

Order Tracking

When placing your order please ensure you use the correct phone number and email address, you will then receive tracking information and be able to view or  edit your deliveries.

When we dispatch your order you will be sent an email confirmation including tracking details where applicable.

If you have not received a dispatch email, check that you have used the correct email address and check your junk mail folder.

What if my order does not arrive?

If your order fails to arrive please notify us. We will investigate the issue, we will contact the courier to find out what the problem is. We will then either resend or refund the order depending on your choice once the investigation is complete, this can take up to 10 working days.

How to cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled up until they have been dispatched. To ensure an immediate cancelation if possible please call us 01268219806
